Principal

Darcy, our Registered Tax Agent and Principal, handles all accounting tasks, including preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial statements and tax returns. He has a strong interest in SMSFs and is also a qualified mortgage broker.

Sharon

Senior Financial Planner

Sharon has over 30 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in banking, lending, compliance, and financial planning. She holds a Master of Financial Planning and is a Justice of the Peace.

Roumelia

Senior Client Manager

Roumelia is our Senior Accountant and is based offshore. She is a degree qualified accountant with over fifteen years experience. She is responsible for undertaking all accounting activities, including preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements.

Krishneel

Practice Manager

Krishneel is our Practice Manager and is based offshore. With twenty years of experience in Accounting and Management Information Systems, he oversees the firm’s operations and IT. He builds the systems and workflows that keep client work on track and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Hassan

Bookkeeper

Hassan is our bookkeeper. He recently completed a Bachelor of Professional Accounting and brings fresh, up-to-date knowledge to the team. He looks after clients’ day-to-day records, including bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll and Xero file maintenance, so their books stay accurate and ready for year-end.

ROHXAN

Senior Accountant

Rohxan, our Senior Accountant and is based offshore. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Rohxan has more than eighteen years of experience in accounting and finance. In her position, she handles various accounting tasks such as preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial statements, along with meeting tax compliance requirements.

KHARMELLIE

Kharmellie recently joined Coleman and is based offshore. She supports the team with the firm's day-to-day administration, managing client documents, engagement letters, and signing requests to help keep work moving smoothly through the office. She has three years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a background in remote administrative support and client coordination.

Staff Support

Preston is our Financial Planning Staff Support Specialist, assisting with key administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. Currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, he is committed to enhancing his expertise and supporting our team with dedication and professionalism.
